I contacted Jones for a saturation spot in the yard due to an underground leak and they were responsive and timely in getting back as well as getting on site as fast as possible to find the cause and offer a solution that didn’t break the bank. These guys did an amazing job! super quick to come to the rescue when they say they are coming to help with septic/ plumbing issues. I got to work with Corey, Graham and Josh who are all very knowledgeable in diagnosing problems, very hard working and they are also kind. they have all of the equipment needed to fix what needs to be done. They also came out and replaced septic pipes in layers of churt rock in the middle of a heat advisory and did a thorough job with great attitudes. Very helpful, professional and well priced. Josh is a lifesaver and is absolutely amazing. He knows what he’s doing, and so do the guys that work with him. To say they were quick and efficient is an understatement. I may have got lucky, but they reached out to me quickly after sending an email and came out after I called them. If you are having plumbing or septic issues, these are the guys you want. If pricing is an issue, don’t be afraid to talk to them. They are open and honest about the work and the costs. These guys are awesome. I had the pleasure in working with Corey and Graham. They were the first to actually come to Hayden, AL for me. They answered all of my questions. We moved our trailer to a lot that I was told all the utilities were there and available for connection. Come to find out everything would have to be ran. Our plumbing was the last one we connected and every plumber I called just gave me the run around or was way too costly. Then I found Jones Plumbing. Corey the owner came out immediately to locate and connect our plumbing to the septic tank. He and his crew are very professional and worked quickly for us to have our plumbing-4 hours. Had a sewer line issue that I thought I could “fix myself”… Turns out I could not… I made a call to Corey Jones and he was out the next day and able to repair in about 2 hours what I spent 2 full weekends fighting and wasting money. Outstanding service. Corey came out to evaluate my septic field issues. He dug up parts of the field and showed me where my problem was. He never tried to upsell me, He came out on April 1st 2024 and proceeded to install a new field. At different times he would stop and explain what was happening, and even regraded some of my land to redirect water away from my new field. Corey helped me out of a bad situation with a historic home we have been in the process of restoring in Mountain Brook! As always expected with an older home, they are absolutely full of unwelcome surprises and unexpected expenses! Field line failure is definitely one that I never saw coming. That being said, Corey was sensitive to the situation and went above and beyond to quickly get me set up with a new system. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing septic services as I truly felt I was given honest options and every attempt was made to avoid unnecessary expenses. I was impressed with the speed and thoroughness of their work and absolutely appreciated being explained every detail of the work they were performing... as well as showing me exactly how my system functions. I now know more than I ever wanted to about how septic systems work, but I value the information! I have always been nervous about owning a home with a septic system (as this is my first time) but these guys have given me a peace of mind going forward, knowing I now have experts in my back pocket if any issues arise in the future! We consulted three (3) separate companies to resolve an issue with our septic tank where water was back flowing into our basement. He was the most professional and willing to provide different alternatives to solve the issue not just just pushing for the most expensive one from the beginning. I had actually hired another guy before Cory which was a big mistake. He kept giving me the runaround and putting me off. I called Corey up one day because I was tired of waiting. He came out that same day and gave me a written estimate. The following week he came back completed the work. He actually came back on the second day to finish by himself because his helpers would not get out of bed. I highly recommend Corey. I called an spoke with Corey just after lunch about repair of my septic system drain field leak.   He happened to be working close by an asked if could meet me that afternoon.  We met and discussed repair plans, options, and pricing before he began work.  He identified the problem and completed repair by working late that evening. Great job.  Thanks The cost of repair was as discussed. I would recommend his work.
